The overall condition is in fantastic shape! Besides the normal wear, there are light surface scratches. This sweet heart charm is adorned with numerous pastes, sparkly glass! I have gently wiped with soft jewelry cleaning cloth. Beautiful patina. It's a wonderful heart charm!
