This is a slender link antique niello chain, once a watch chain but used now as a necklace. It measures 35.80" inches long including the perfectly working clasps, and the links are 2cm by 0.3cm. It's strong and weighs 24.50 grams and the niello and rose gold gilt links are all in excellent shape. It's easily adjusted to be wearable as a necklace, twice round as a bracelet or use it as an extension to a longer necklace.
The dog clip and the clasp have been conditioned and are functioning very well.
There is normal wear to this chain, some surface scratches, with no damages or repairs. Both the niello links and the rose gold plated links have very little wear. The rose plating appears dull because it has not been polished. There are still some patina present, I have only washed with soap and gently wiped with soft jewelry cleaning cloth. It is ready to wear or gift!
Mark(s): It bears the silver purity mark, “800” and tested as 800 silver.
