Undoubtedly one of the most exquisite niello chains I have encountered, this piece exhibits amazing condition despite the anticipated wear. The niello links show some wear, while the majority of the rose gold gilt links maintain a vibrant color. Normal wear and surface scratches are present, but overall, the chain's appearance is exceptional. Both clasps have been carefully conditioned, ensuring flawless functionality.
Its versatility allows it to be easily adjusted for wear as a necklace, wrapped a few times as a bracelet, or used as an extender to lengthen another chain.The chain has undergone a light cleaning, making it ready to be worn or gifted. While some patina remains, it has been gently washed with soap and wiped with a soft jewelry cleaning cloth.
