Antique Victorian Niello Silver Locket Pendant: Rose Gold Gilt Laurel Wreath, Greek Key Design N24

A token of words unspoken. Symbolizing everlasting life in its purest form, this niello Victorian locket tells a classic story of eternity through its laurel wreath that was intricately etched by hand with black niello greek key pattern as the border on the front and the back.

Besides the normal wear, there are no repairs or damages. It is in fantastic condition. The locket opens to reveal both of the original frame inserts. Both clear covers are missing, they can be added easily. The inside locket has not been cleaned. The inside locket has not been cleaned.

There's minor patina and has not been professionally cleaned. I leave this up to the new owner. I have only gently wiped with soft jewelry cleaning cloth on the exterior. This is an exceptional locket and if you love niello, this will be a favorite in your collection!

An antique niello dog clip, 800 silver, has been attached to this locket to easily clip on or off to any chain.
