Art Deco Antique Sterling Silver Watch Fob Pendant: Birmingham 1933 Forget-Me-Not Flowers

During the Victorian era, in order for the message to be understood, one used a flower (or other object such as fruit) to be handed out. Forget-Me-Not flowers meant True, Undying Love. Today, the forget-me-not is still as resonant as it was one hundred years ago and you can still find it as a popular motif in jewelry to give to a loved one.

This very sweet vintage fob pendant from the Art Deco era, can be wore alone or with other pendants. There are 2 cute little Forget-Me-Not flowers engraved on the front, along with beautiful Victorian style motifs. There are no repairs or damages. It is in superb condition with light surface scratches. It has been cleaned, ready to wear or give as a gift.

A brand new antique style swivel dog clip, sterling silver, has been attached to this pendant to easily clip on or off to any chain. The swivel dog clip allows this pendant to easily be turned to the other side. This will allow the wearer to interchange the side of the design at any time!

Mark(s): Maker's mark "HB&S", the anchor for Birmingham, the lion, and the letter "J" for 1933.
