Besides the normal wear, the chain is in lovely condition. There is normal wear to this bracelet, just surface scratches. The hollow sterling ball is in great condition with a minuscule flat spot on the ball on one side which is very hard to see. It is very cute especially with the rose gold accent. Overall, the entire piece is in amazing condition.
To my knowledge, the dog clip is vintage, it is marked "sterling" underneath the clip. Not an antique piece at all. I believe this short chain must have came from a longer albert so this must have been a converted piece.
This is long enough as a bracelet or attach the dog clip a few links down and leave the rest as an dangle to clip other charms on it! Extra links can also be removed easily. This can also be used as an extension with other albert watch chains. It has been gently wiped with soft jewelry cleaning cloth, ready to gift!
Mark(s): Lion marks on all links for British sterling. Dog clip marked "Sterling". Charm has a punch mark.
