The 3D design in the center appears to be grapes. Besides the normal wear, the overall condition is extremely impressive. There are no repairs or damages, except under the loupe, there are a couple of nibbles to the frilled edge and surface scratches, just lovely!
A brand new antique style swivel dog clip, solid sterling silver, has been attached to this pendant to easily clip on or off to any chain. It has also been hand patinaed and distressed to match this pendant. The swivel dog clip allows this pendant to easily be turned to the other side. This will allow the wearer to interchange the side of the design at any time!
