This is a very pretty Georgian quartz pendant with no cracks on them. The silver and pastes has some wear which commensurate with age. These have become harder to find with such great condition! I have gently wiped with soft jewelry cleaning cloth and left a little patina intentionally. It's a beautiful sweet charm pendant, clean and ready to wear or give as a gift!
